Wipro Givon ("the Company", "we") is committed to the privacy of people who use https://www.wiprogivon.com/ and the services offered on it.

This policy explains how we manage, collect, store, and use information you provide through the Site, how we protect it, and how to contact us.

Personal information is processed under the law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and its regulations. Wipro Givon is the database owner for personal information collected through the Site.

Using the Site or providing personal information is your agreement to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

1.1. "Personal information" is data about an identified person, or a person who can be identified with reasonable effort. It is information you knowingly provide in order to receive information or services on the Site.

1.2. "Non-personal information" does not by itself identify you or allow us to contact you. Examples include device type, browser, operating system, language, and aggregated statistics about use of the Site.

1.3. Section headings are for convenience and are not used for interpretation.

1.4. Where the Hebrew policy uses the masculine form for convenience, it applies equally to every person. This English text does the same.

2. General

2.1. This policy covers information collected through your use of the Site on any computer or device.

2.2. You are not legally required to provide personal information. Some information may be necessary for the purpose of the request. Without it, we may be unable to respond.

2.3. If you provide personal information, you confirm that it is complete and accurate, and that you will tell the Company when it changes.

3. Information we collect

3.1.1. Contact — name, email, other contact details, and the content of your message.

3.1.2. A CV sent to an address published on the Site is kept and used for recruitment only.

3.1.3. If analytics tools are enabled, they may collect non-personal information such as IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, and traffic source.

4. Why we use it

4.1. To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content, and to resolve technical problems.

4.2. To adapt content. Information used for advertising, if advertising is enabled, does not identify you personally.

4.3. To send administrative messages, and marketing messages where the law allows it, by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone.

5. Sharing

5.1. We may share personal information with trusted providers who help operate the Site, only as needed and with appropriate safeguards.

5.2. Candidate information is kept securely and is not transferred to third parties except where the law requires it or as part of recruitment.

5.3. We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary for a legal process, to protect rights, to protect the public, or to prevent unlawful activity.

5.4. We may transfer personal information as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Retention

6.1. Information is kept only for as long as the purpose and the law require, and is then deleted securely or anonymized.

6.2. It may be kept longer where the law, a contract, or a legal claim requires it.

7. Age

7.1. The Site is for adults aged 18 and over. The Company does not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

8. Cookies

8.1. The site stores one necessary cookie, named wg-consent, to remember whether you allowed an embedded video to load. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

8.2. The Haim Givon memorial page can embed a YouTube video. The video loads only after you allow it, and YouTube may set cookies under its own policy.

8.3. You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking the necessary cookie will show the consent request again.

9. Your rights

9.1. Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you may ask to review personal information about you, and to correct or delete it if it is inaccurate or out of date.

9.2. Contact privacy@wiprogivon.com. We may ask for identifying details before we respond.

9.3. Information the Company must keep in order to run its business may be retained as required by law, and will no longer be used for direct marketing.

10. Links

10.1. The Site may link to third-party sites. This policy does not apply to them.

11. Security

11.1. The Company uses appropriate safeguards. No method is absolute, and the Company is not liable if information is lost, exposed, or used without authorization.

11.2. Information may be stored and processed in Israel and abroad, as the law allows.

11.3. Report a security incident to privacy@wiprogivon.com.

12. Updates

12.1. We may update this policy. The version published on the Site is the one that applies.
